Low traffic on my health website and blog

Hi friends I have a health blog Blog - Digital Health Technology which is regularly updated with latest news and health articles about 2 posts per week by experts in this field except this december as was busy with Christmas and new year celebrations.

Its been 3 months with regular blog postings and I only get about 500 to maximum 800 visits a month.

- I am regularly sharing blog post on Google+, twitter and facebook
- Social bookmarking on high PR sites
- 2 links from guest blogging sites till now

Please check the site and do give your valuable suggestions

If you want to increase traffic do SMO of your health site and also do link building in forums so that you can get enhanced number of signatures.

If you want to want to get large amount of traffic to your website you should do SEO or SEM of your website. for this you should hire a professional team.

Well I have already listed tasks I am doing for this website then why will I hire a professional. I am looking for specific advice not just to do SEO and SMO.

This is a very important part of website management. Exchange links. Trading links with other websites that are closely related to the subject of your website can bring you more website traffic. These are two-way links because you must provide a link to them, too, and linking to low-quality websites can threaten the credibility of yours. Only link to sites that are dead on topic, and truly help your visitors.

Your blog is a good one with a god theme but I think it is missing keywords.
Specific Advice
Regarding facebook sharing, in how many groups of facebook you are sharing your links. Make sure to share your links in many groups and pages in related niche.
Regarding Twitter, how many followers do you have in twitter. Before expecting huge traffic from twitter, you must have at least 5K followers in twitter.
You also need to increase backlinks from high authority sites.

You can use long tail keyword to get more traffic and targeted to your site also you article need to be well optimized if you want to get traffic from search engines.

you should do SEO (forum posting and blog commenting)

Try to do better techniques of SEO by getting help from some one who may expert in this field.
