Turn any blog feed into a podcast with odiogo.com. It's really simple. There's even a wordpress plugin for easy embed.

1. odiogo[dot]com - enter email address and blog site or feed url
2. install plugin to blog - http://wordpress[dot]org/extend/plugins/listenbutton/
3. Submit blog to podcast directories - http://www.podcast411[dot]com/page2.html

This also makes some nice backlinks to your blog from podcasts.odiogo[dot]com minipage for your site. They are dofollow as well from what I can see...
