I am a new seo learner. Is there any expert who can tell me how to find out related directory site?

I don't think that's an easy thing. You will need to hunt for those in Google search with various keywords. If you are lucky you will find a list posted by someone.

if you really targeting specific niche directories , try on search engines with the keyword+directories , where you can the list my as per my knowledge most of the niche targeted directories are paid.. very few offers a free submissions.

if your web is fashion related than in google you can type like inurl: "fashion" + "submit.php"

First of all you should go in google. then search for submit directory website list with regular link and high PR. you can easily find its list of top site for directory submission.

Before Posting check competitors Url , then put your web URL in right Category.
