How blog commenting help to improve search engine ranking. most of the blog provide the no follow link in comment.

you have to find dofollow blogs, for this use a firefox plugin. Then all nofollow links will be red color.

Both noFollow and doFollow links helps. You need to have amount of nofollow links it would be pretty unnatural. Also when you are getting backlinks from those big blogs you get traffic through those links too. Good traffic too because if someone kicking a link on comments then he or she is curious about your site or want to see it after reading your comment.

as bluarrow said, its good to have some nofollow links too, just to show search engines that your links are natural. Then as usual need to comment on related dofollow blogs. That will link your site to other related sites and because of this, your serps will be good

I second that, all dofollow might flap up your site as suspicious.

Yes we only can guess and test what is working in given time, but only G knows the right stuff...

You should search do follow blogs list then comment on these blogs it will be more effective.

I think mix (dofollow and nofollow) blog comments are good to rank early and better.
