I have been using article submission to directories for link building. I do get backlinks but not from all website that I have used.
I wanted to know what are the best way to choose your article directories. Do you choose from any list that you get by searching online or you can stick to those directories that are giving you backlinks.
Use a high traffic based one, do it on something unique and add lots of keywords with a link to your site. You will get rewards.
After all the recent updates .... like Panda, penguin, EMD ...blah blah blah Article marketing is not as beneficial as it used to be earlier !Quote:

So you mean I can only use these article directories to post my articles with link to my website and keyword in author bio section. However, tell me one thing. I heard that it is advised to change the article title and author bio if posting link of the same website and keyword.

I agree that Article Marketing does not carry its weight anymore. However, while some my argue, try to locate a private blog network that you can post your content to in ADDITION to posting to ezine, selfgrowth, ideamarketers etc.
I agree.Posting to other blogs in your niche is so much more effective.Article marketing still has a place in SEO but is definitely on the slide.Quote:
