Thanks alot for your feedback i have not updated it for awhile, am going to be working on it again soon to improve it even futher. I need to get a .com domain for it but it's taken so any suggestions ?

You can try other TLD's (.net, .org) if available. A domain name should be catchy and easy to remember but the current one doesn't fall into this.

I know i don't want to work on the sites SEO yet untill i buy a domain name. the only problem is that i can only buy the domain from my web host and all of the ones on it are taken it's a shame. It looks like i will just have to wait for the .com to become available

But its already taken buddy ! If the OP still looks for a .com domain then he'll have to choose a new name for his search engine

That's true. But i like the name moose. i might try and think of a new name for my search engine then maybe something that everyone will remeber. I you have any ideas for a name let me know cheers

Even though you have named your website as search engine, but its more like a web directory or classifieds site. Just notice other search engines they have more simple looks!
