As we know most of website have privacy policy content, disclaimer and also term of use..

Which one most important first? privacy policy? disclaimer? or term of use? or both

Do you know any software or apps or site that can produce/generate that kind of content (privacy policy, disclaimer, term of use)? and beside you also can edit a little bit according to your site.

Privacy Policy is probably most important and is required if you host Adsense ads on your site. Google has a sample PP that you can edit or use as a guide.

The statement of disclaimer is primarily for affiliate sites or if you are involved in affiliate marketing. The statement informs visitors that you may gain financially if they take a specific action.

Terms of Service statements gain importance if you are selling something directly or if you have interactive elements on the site. If you are selling something the tos may outline warranty and refund policies. If you accept user generated content you can tell them not to use bad words.

Thanks winkor.. i found some site on the net that provide privacy policy generator services.. such as freeprivacypolicy dot com, generateprivacypolicy dot com and also serprank dot com privacy policy.. how about you guys.. did you just directly copy and paste that content and just put in your site?

I did, but with one or two I linked back to the site that they came from. I think I went to a law site online and they had a few policies I could use. Linking back to them was my way of repaying them for the policies.

it's not always so easy to implement.
