"Keyword stuffing" this technique has not been in existing now-a-days as it would do earlier. If today we do this we can get reverse results that means rather going upwards in ranking, we can see a huge drop if do this thing. Now everything should be done having user interest in mind and I hope we all know what users want.

On page optimization is very crucial; we need to set up a title, meta description, headers etc in first place; then optimize the content with theme focus in mind; add more synonyms and closely related terms to make it more thematic etc are very important to get good rankings.

nowadays keyword stuffing was working at olden days.. but nowadays stuffing or high density posts ill be removed

Almost people have forgot about keyword stuffing since long back ago when google started to penalize the keyword stuffed websites. But these days Google also started to devalue the websites with beyond keyword density of 2 to 5% in their content. Panda is the catcher of these types of black hate SEO, but i dont think that Penguin bothers about content.
