The points which you mentioned are highly related to onpage optimisation which every seo special must know and not to make such mistakes. Most of the SEOs are not content writers so they try to copy the content from other web pages which comes under violation and we call it as plagiarism. Some peope spin the content and push it by expecting ranking in less time but they actually loose it.

Google started to monitor duplicate content. Now AI is so strong that spinned and rewritten content is also marked by google.Although we are not witnessing major changes currently but in 2019 we all will see drastic changes in blogs ranking due to plagiarized or rewritten content and also backlinks based on such content. I recently observed restricted policies by different web 2.0 websites and othre blog hosting sites that are removing such content (new).
