I am looking for On-Page SEO and content creation Guidelines and tools to use Maybe you can suggest some list here but please do not spam we all want to learn so post it everything here thanks

very simple
1. make sure your kw shows up in your description
2. your keyword in your meta tag
3. at least your kw should be repeated 3 times in the body of the article
4. in your url

but then this really is simple to do, first you really need to get it right in keyword research because that is the key factor that will determine if you will rank or not.

Instal seoquake toolbar so you can check your density, etc.

these are te things to keep in mind while doing onpage
1.use keyword that is in the page
2.use all techniques equally
3.try to create more and more backlinks
4.index your site in all search engines

OK, it is now a well known fact that when Google bots start to see any kind of manipulation in order to rank your site higher in SERP's they will sooner or later catch up onto this and will penalize your site. I had couple sites even with high PR --- dropped last month for no reason, I have great social backlinks, people share it on Facebook, twitter etc... used high pr backlinks and was doing around $600 per month per site. All of the site dropped to nowhere!

So if I were to start all over again --- I would not worry about keywords, competition etc... When you create great content and no keyword repeat itself (you must use synonyms, LSI), you will rank even without that many backlinks.

BUt I just do not have all the time to start from zero. Thankfully I created some lists, so I can have traffic to any page I want as soon as I send an email.

The problem with so called FREE Traffic (it is not Free) is that it takes forever to get decent numbers visitors and at the end you will spend a lot of your cash on this so called Free Traffic and with very little results.

I suggest to you this:

1 - Find an offer that offer a solution to your target market.
2 - Create offer they cant refuse! Some Free giveaway that help them to solve their problems...
3 - Build relationship that will last...

You see, this is much easier than all the SEO, webcreation, blogging etc...

Just my two cents from a 10 years of experience and 9 years of failure, eventhough I thought I was a smart guy :-)

this is a great post, am afraid your site have been deindex by google , with your new method of just creating content with know backlinks will work but you will need tons of contents to get that huge traffic to reach that amount you were getting each month

For content creation, write unique and fresh content and for on page SEO optimize your content good with the pictures , title and description

In on page you have to do few things like Tittles of the page which is most important thing in on page , search engine URLs with keywords, Unique content, page description, site maps. The content should be fresh and updated regularly with some images.

2-3 keywords per page is best for creating good content

i learnt so much from this thread.. how about meta keywords ? somebody can explain?

Content Should be unique, And you can learn about on page seo by moz and neil patel blogs.
