huh? can you post a link of what you are talking about?
There is much more that goes into selecting a good keyword than just the number of exact searches. If good keyword research is done for these words it could be a good deal for one not too familiar with keyword research. Even with tools good keyword research takes some time and knowledge.

I think its better do it your self as a beginner. There is lot of learn about it and you have to develop sense for picking right keyword. I think its the best way.
Why don't you do it yourself? Google to google keyword tool. Search for the keyword and get all the possible relevant keywords with the number of search queries per month per keyword. You will have a freedom of choice there.
I hope you are talking about a domain with keyword. I will suggest never to buy such a domain especially when they are dropped ones.
You will never rank for it.

No need to buy keywords for your business, just you have to know how to use Google adwords tool in a perfect manner way..that's it....it gives more in-depth of information on your targeted keywords of your business..
i never heard about this stuffs, from my opinion, go for google keyword, you will get good keywords from there.
