Thread: Is it important to have keyword in the domain of a website

to get the keyword in the domain, will help, like a bonus, but not gives you the magic for easy Rankings. The content is as well important

I could not imagine having a site without the key word in the domain. It has always made a difference for me. To me it's what it's about. I think it makes you index quicker build relevance and just generally helps all across the board!

Having keywords in domain name is useful for site ranking in major search engines

yes its very important this will surly make it to rank faster and higher in the search engine, it all part of the on-page seo

I too believe that its best if you can get that, but never the less if you do the good SEO for your website and you achieve that too. Example Godaddy - where keyword domain in it, but still peoples tend to come, so its what your offer & how you proceed that's count much, i think.

Thanks for such valued Video i was totally unaware about it....

After all the Panda Penguin updates, EMD's don't hold that much weight anymore. It's not really necessary to have the keywords in the domain name, but it's good for branding anyways.
