    Best way to choose keywords?

Although there are many software and tools where we can find the best possible keywords for us like Google adwords, Word Tracker. These are good but i want your suggestion.

Tools are good to help in picking keywords. But when choosing I prefer you think like a human. Consider yourself in search of it, what options would you think of? I think this would change some of your options.

While choosing keywords for your campaign , your competitor's keywords are also important.

Google adwords tools helps in light keyword research. I use a 'Keyword Country' for adding powerful keywords into my campaign.
Further more, this tool helps me in digging out new keywords introduced by my competitors in his campaign.

For researching keyword first you should target your area like city, state as well as country. Then after you can refer your competitor's site for getting a basic idea about the keyword. Then after you can use competitor analysis tools like Google Adwords, word tracker, etc. At last for finalize your keyword choose low competitive and high search volume keywords.

I have observed that as much keyword searches Google Adword shows you dont get as much visitors when your keyword ranked. how much percentage of traffic we should consider while against a keyword whose searches are 1000 according to Google adword.

The sites that occupy the first three places generally get over 60% of the traffic. If you are on the first page and not getting clicks it may be that your page title or meta description (if Google is using it) are not enticing clicks. Your page title and meta description are your first opportunity to sell your page, so make them work for you.

You can choose keywords based on Google keyword tracking and it is best to Choose that keyword which is used mostly in your site and think from the perspective of a user that what can be a user's query regarding this type of site, then check for the competition for that keyword .

First you need to find a profitable market with several sub-niches.
Then find that sub-niche you could offer value in the most (personally and considering what this market is asking for).
Find low competition keywords with a minimum of 500 searches per month (exact searches that is...)
Pick up to 5 keywords (or phrases) to market for... don't go for the main keyword of this niche.

Once you've attracted your targeted prospects and built a reasonable mailing list you can offer or recommend any product of value in that market.
Not only for your specific sub-niche, which always relates to, or even originated directly from, the main niche.

Always base you keywords choice on specific desires in your carefully chosen market or you'll be wasting a lot of precious time...
I've been using Micro Niche Finder for over a year now and for many marketers it's the best tool to find hidden, profitable niches...period.

From the my point of view the best tool for keyword research is Google adwords. It is very useful for searching and all the keywords shown of our website. In it we can easily search the keyword and also very easy to use.

yes i admit that, google adwords best of best, but adwords don't give much details and can't do deep digging research... but adword must be the first to refer before looking at other paid tools

The best way to do KW research is to come up with keyword ideas after reading the client website and then create a list where you write all KW and then use google adwords tool.

    Hello,

Of all the tools mentioned above nobody has talked about supply and demand figures. Without both of these figures its like being in the dark!

    Just a thought

I just rely on the Google Adword tool because if you use too many tools then it confuses you that which keyword should be selected.
