If you have any blog and you have allowed to subscribe your blog then you may build a good list of emails and you can sell your products and services online.

Other way is if you have any article directory then you can also build a good list of emails, and you can also automatically get the list of emails from your emails service provider as well.

You can do this on any sites which requires emails to submit something or which require registration.

besides, you can give free product or free report that you write by yourself (build reputation), in order to download the free gifts, visitor need to fill in their emails and get the download in their inbox

u can find good list of email on google by searching email lists. i also have millions of emails ids, but i am afraid to send mails about my website as i did it before google stopped by my id for day and then i dont tried email add.

is it real email or bot? i don't think by searching like that you just can get real email from real people... maybe you just can get fake email or not targeted at all

Only if you clearly state they'll receive messages from your site, like news letter or something.
In that case subscribers should have the option to chose yes or no, for example by unchecking a checkbox that's checked by default when subscribing.

that's true, the option should be made, sometime pop out window kind of annoying, and the most annoying thing, the website owner urge you to subscribe the newsletter by appearing pop out window for each of webpages
