Thread: Are You a Spammer?

Perry Marshall has a concept called The Maze that is the best thing I've encountered as far as a strategy to dodge the whole spam issue. Check his stuff out and look into this Maze concept if you're interested...he basically structures his email lists as a maze that people jump from list to list and self-select how much they want to hear from him. I've gone through his maze as a member and it was awe-inspiring, really. Highly influenced my own activities and continues to guide me in staying away from spamming and focusing on building a maze where subscribers get to choose exactly how much--or how little--to hear from me.

For myself, I notice that I don't stay subscribed to lists for long if spamming is going on. And there are other lists I'm on that I love hearing from the list owner and even buy through their affiliate links happily because their recommendations mean something.

Spam as a law concept is treated in my country very seriously ;] - but people who agree term of conditions (in 99% dont read their...) so if their check all boxes and click register on phorums, and dirs etc. give me free way - so in fact i dont send "unannounced commercial informations" - i dont do spam- just click "send" button

Thats little crazy but in law SB / xR blasts are theoretically not a spam so You understund...i have work tonight

I think online business without spamming is not going right way. Do it but don't over do it.

I believed everyone in the SEO world is a spammer and everyone is careful for not being caught. Google is after everyone with all its Panda, Penguin and more to come algo updates

Well I think as long as you provide good and cool content that could make the reader benefit from it, it wont counted as spam, lol, isnt it?

I perosnally think that its not spamming as long as they want the info and sometimes even if they expressed they want info like it.
