My vote is for Facebook. There are several weaknesses on using Twitter to earn money especially its 140 characters limitation. Moreover, your tweet will be disappeared quickly if your followers have following a lot of people. It’s also hard to guarantee that our followers are targeted to our niche.

It really depends on your offers and influence. Both are a good traffic source for leadgen. With a good funnel you should be able to get some conversions. Trying to do direct sales without a funnel is generally difficult on both platforms for most people.

I like both, I love twitter for personal stuff and random tweeting but I also love facebook on a personal level. In terms of traffic I get a hell of alot more traffic from Facebook than twitter, mainly because of my niche

I used both but if we have few followers we can't get a decent traffic from that however people may use some software to increase the number of their followers i don't think if it's effective way. In twitter we can have millions or unlimited followers, in facebook just a maximum of 5,000 friends but as for me Facebook is more effective, i only have few followers in twitter therefore i could not generate decent traffic.
