Hi. The only strategy to drive traffic from Google Plus I find workable is sharing your content to multiple communities there. Building circles doesn't seem to do any good. If you share anything to even a huge circle of targeted people they just ignore it anyway, be it an awesome article or video or infographic. Nobody cares. So what are your methods proven to be effective for you? Thanks.
I would also recommend using hashtags. It allows visitors to filter their search queries, and even aid them just in case they do not know yet in particular what they are trying to achieve. Hashtags also aid keywords and help them to be more organized or categorized, and by referring to a hashtag, one can get all related contents or posts related to that cue.

i will create circles of huge data base is still the best way for traffic in G+ also when making a post of sharing you post in G+ make sure you tick the button that says "also send message to email" that way even if they ignore your message in G+ they xwill still get it in their mail box and most times such massages in mail box are read
I think G+ is social media like Facebook. You can put link and use hastag to get traffic.
