Starting Online Hotel Booking Website

Hello forum:

I came up with this idea after running into the same problem with most if not all sites like hotels.com trying to book a hotel room. Its a very simple but I believe effective idea that can help people get cheaper rates on rooms.

One of my main problems is how does one get the hotel rates. Do companies such as expedia, orbitz, hotels and etc contact each and every hotel to get the rates?

Also what would be the best platform to build such site on? Are there scripts that I could use and hire someone to create a unique design?

yes of course we are doing online hotel room booking system with travel agency, yes we do contact hotels and get rates and avalability manually, then update the site and update the hotel system.....

for me, I prefer use affiliate hotel booking, such as agoda , bookings. So, we can focus to build hotel info site and recommended visitor to booking through the affiliate link or box

they have direct contact with hotel .. they have marketing staff and all which made partnership with hotel ..

depends on what you like to go for you want security, flexibility or what ... platform choosing dependence on your requirement ...
