The trick to it is to do a gig where you do the activity anyway. For instance my gig (linked above), all I have to do is open up a Cinema 4d template, copy and paste their text, render it (i can be doing something else because it takes 4 hr :O), open in After Effects, render it (only about 2mins) then send it. Total time to me: 5-10 mins, Total time to computer, meaning that I can do other things: about 5 hr :DQuote:

Basically what I am saying is don't do something you wouldn't do anyway. Don't go and spend a load of time learning how to do something. And find a gig with fairly little competition, it's no use if your gig is stuck with 10+ of the exact same

Thanks ben, good points! I will think about it. I drive for work a lot around the midwest in a solid white van with nothing on it. Maybe I need to look into a marker board magnet lol.

Display something for 25 miles and you may almost pay for your fuel, these days.

One was rss submission and the other was a link on a pr2 blog of mine for 20 days. I have suspended the link gig because I only want one link at a time. I'm goingto shorten it to 15 dwys since $10 a month for text link is my going rate.Quote:
