Well, I would suggest that if you are newbie and you are suffering financially then you are not advised to invest money in internet marketing, affiliate marketing etc... Because on internet, there is too much scam so you need to understand that and also learn from others...

What you need to do is to join any freelance sites, and offer your services according to your skills, if you think that any particular skill is good for earning use that skill because that skill is specialized for you only and you can survive in the competitive market also...

Or you can offer some IM and SEO service on popular forums...

Or you can make your own sites and earn money from those sites using AdSense or affiliate networks.

This the best why to make money fast and at the same time long term because yoy can get clinets who will stick with you for a while.

A very good thing to do, is researching as much as possible before you decide on what to do. The only problem is that many just research and buy a new course all the time, and never actually achieve anything that way.

Or you can start with blogger and writing reviews for various products.

Freelancing is good for the short term, but if you really want to get the big money, the affiliate marketing is where it is. You dont need to spend any money learning this. Just read all the information you can get your hands on, this is free and you will understand the industry. When I first started, I spent a good year just reading and understanding what internet marketing was all about. I realize a lot of people don't spend the time to research and they often go with what a lot of these "gurus" are spewing. There is so much to IM, but reading is fundemantal lol

There is no way to make lots of money fast online...forget it.
Unless you have a huge budget...or HUGE luck...

Most of the methods you'll find are temporary or obsolete.
Even the gurus are still selling comodities and incomplete training courses.

Research is what you'll have to spend a lot of time on before you decide the kind of business and market you're going to participate in.

About adsense...
You won't make any money with adsense without a LOT of visitors to your site.
If you get 200 visitors to your site every day doesn't mean they'll click on your google ads.
To be able to benefit from adsense you'll need a market where people actually want to spend money in and be careful with your content.
Then you need to spend a LOT of time in generating the right, targeted traffic...

Too many here on the forum make everything sound too easy to make money online.
I've been around for a while and I've tried a lot.

It's no way as easy as you read all over the internet...

I've been thinking about doing some affiliate sites for physical products. Has anyone had any success doing this? Are there any good programs that are recommended to learn the ins and outs without all the scammy BS.

I think that freelancing will suit this model. However it requires a lot of manual work.

yes, you can get jobs and make money if you win a bids, but maybe you can get a fixed partner and will pay you every month.

that's true every penny you got, you need to think about the ROI (return of investment), if you invest 50 bucks, would you get it back for 50bucks or more

I have seen alot of internet services that offer backlinks for a price maybe i could get into that
