You are right that there are lots of methods to earn money. In freelancing I would like to say that you can earn an attractive amount but not very much. It does not mean you will earn short amount. It also depends upon your workings and business in which you are. If you are working for a reputable business than it will be helpful for you to earn more and more. I think now it is more clear for you.

freelancing is a good way to earn money at first but I'm a huge believer in starting your own business that is more passive and sustainable than a job-based model like freelancing

freelancing is just like 'a day job with active income', the more you do, the more income you get, the less you do, the less revenue will not rolls in

This is how I started. I got a job at oDesk. I was doing some autocad projects. From all freelancing sites I think odesk is best for newbies.

If you want the quickest way to earn decent money then buy a decent sales letter website that already shows result. I know that will cost some money but you will have a totally turn key business on a go and just need to improve it. Save you lots of trouble and already working.

Yeah, freelancing is the fastest way to earn money. You can start up by offering your skill on fiverr.com or other micro workers site. However, this kind of business is not for people who are easily bored. You also have to fight with fussy customers and deadlines.

I do not think we have specific methods on earning more money. It depends on the skills we have. but based on experience, adsense gives you more income

Nothing is easy, but best way to make it easy is find a target (business), find how other people did it and focus until you don't get it. If you are not getting or making harder to get it where you want to go? Think and find that, what is wrong happening?

There is one thing that you should remember, not everybody is good at everything... Which also means that not everybody is bad at everything!
Go test yourself out, know what you are strong in, because if your English is poor, then maybe article writing is not for you. If your management is poor, then Affiliate marketing is not for you, and so on!
There is no fixed answer to the question you asked... you need to explore yourself before deciding your final avenue!

The best way to make money is to find / learn your skill and expose it to the best of your ability.

There are several, but you will NEVER EVER make any money if you don't add your own twist to any method. They key here is creativity! I am getting a 2500$+ from Amazon sites and they require an hour a day of maintenance... I am already saving for a new car so that should go well.. Also, sometimes Flippa can reach up to 10K per site... Personally, the highest I have ever sold was 32K.. Again CREATIVITY my friend

I agree that freelance is a good way to earn money but there is not as much learning as you learn in the firm.

I think having own business would give more money as Classified websites are good revenue generator ways.
