But better is to use your own generated list.

Filter all low paying ads by your own is recommend than to grab a list from antother one, cause the another guy maybe have different keywords on his sites.
You must customized your list by checking your keywords of your sites.

this is hard possible for my site.
its a big forum with many topics, so i had to check thousands of keywords...

no you dont need...

you can track your most used keywords in google webmaster tools...

yes i know
99% most of them are brands or to generic, so there are no ads in the google serps.

when I type my travel keywords on google, it doesn't show ads on the top and right side. So how I can identify low paying ads ?

I think I have finally made enough consistent adsense income to realize that I actually may have gotten some things right.

Here is how I went about finding and removing all of the low paying adsense ads on my sites.

Now for my main money making site, im in a expensive, competitive niche and my ecpm for the past 3 months has averaged around $164.00 so I am led to believe this is one of the steps which have helped me achieve a higher average.

Please keep in mind this is what I have done/do and while Im sure there are other/better/faster ways, this is what I know.


1)Look at the ads on your site, write down the URLs you see.


2)Go to

3)Type in each URL you have written down from step 1 into the site the url from step 2 takes you. Note: For me, some of the URLs which were appearing were obviously advertisers I actually wanted. These included the big names in whatever industry you are in. Generally the big boys have a big time ad budget which is good for payouts per click.


4)The results from

will give you a general outlook on what advertisers pay, or have paid. They have average cpc, and daily averages which you can see for free. (I have not even signed up with them for their “free” account. Im in no way associated with this site)


5)See which sites are paying the lowest, and eliminate them. Do this by adding the sites displayed URL to your adsense competitive ad filter. For me, I just eliminate any ad which pays less than $1 cpc average. However, im sure this is a high cost for a high paying niche, and each niche needs to be priced accordingly.



I hope this helps someone. Or, at the least, gave someone an idea.

Just now I checked for keywords from that tool. According to it we have to check keywords with the country.
Eg - etoro ads

for US traffic they pay $ 9.62 cpc and for Indian traffic only $ 0.1 cpc

Edit: Oh, I just saw we can view CPC by choosing countries and continents..

so I think since I target international traffic, I need to target US traffic without removing ad URLs. I usually get very less Indian hits, so no problem from them. Most ads I checked pay more than 1$ for US traffic and Europe traffic.

No need to "buy" copyrights. (c) indicated the material has copy rights (not public domain or royalty free) and you need permission to reuse. TM or RTM means it's registered which means you have paid for it to have legal rights.
