    Friend - Hope you know that 1&1 is has not good name as Domain Registrar. Also that 0.99 is for .info & not for .com.
    There are numerous horror stories for 1&1.

    And the site you says is linking to it. The site is not selling the domain itself.

    yeah 1&1 has very bad reputation. Specially there are too many horror stories about transferring away domains from them.
