There are 2 ways to show us that you are genuinely interested to sell the page.
First: Tell us the name of the page, (you may chose not to tell us the link.)
Second: Post a sample status via your fanpage, and let us know how many likes/ comments you receive within 30 minutes.

That should get most of the real buyers to you like flies to cane! ;)

I know the privacy of people who selling facebook fan page and we can't force them to show their page...
If your fan page is secret, i think to provide blurred screenshot is a good way.

I think that is not the reason. There is people who post here and fade away. One of them.

the price is 6K = 6000$ LOL for 440000 likes is easy to boost with spammy content locker or smth - i think this is all the secret bihaind fanpage :)
