I have a banner ad on a local classified website, Google Webmaster shows me that I have around 900 pages linking to my website from this website, but when I open this website I get msg "Reported Attack Page", just wanted to know will Google penalize my website for this bad link? see attachment please.

For this kind of bad quality links you can use Google disavow tool which has been released recently.
