Can anyone provide me a list of high PR forums for strong dofollow backlinks??

Well I do not have such a list (Google search shows so many of these) but don't put too much work or faith on these since these are not "Strong Backlinks". I have seen Google punishes sites which have footer links in those WP themes so this it might work same here.

Don't bother about doFollow noFollow thing but look for more niche related forums. These going to provide you lot more high quality traffic which converts well. Don't bother much about PR since your forum profile or links won't get any PR for years unless you are going build links for these links.

I watched Matt Cuff flat out say that they are giving no rank to links and I quote "like forums" or other sites that anyone can get a link on. You may want to check out Google Webmaster YouTube, could save you a lot of time.
