It is a site like Fiverr, where you would create an account and post jobs for $10. jdubs is asking members to join the community and post jobs so that they can make money.

Thanks for carifying Phoenyx. 10Dineros.com is really starting to take off ! Just need to delete some of the lousy deals but the majority are really good deals that I will probably use myself
