-PRs range from PR0 to PR7.
-In the two biggest packages there can be some .gov or .edu - also in the biggest packages we include the better PRs.
The main purpose of this is to build backlinks to your Web 2.0 properties. I'm aware that there are people who do this at half the cost and with better reputation. But I can't do anything about the cost, but I'm sure with more orders my reputation would increase.
