There are many factor to affect your site in search engine.
But let's talk stupid quote below:
More backlinks = more index = more traffic = more revenue
Everyone got a chance to grow their sites into the top of search engine depends on what they do for the optimization.
And the truth is every site loves backlinks. Lol

I have heard that profile links are not valuable and Google does not index them quickly. But, still I can say that the price that you are charging is very nominal and we hope to try this.

Your price is down to earth especially when you add that the links would be permanent and would never be removed. I think it wouldn't hurt to try it. What niche are you talking here? As far as I have learned, no matter how many links you have created, unless they are related to your niche they do not count much. If my statement is wrong, I would be glad to hear why.

Quick question that I would like to get answered, before I PM you about this: The links will be placed on page with PR4 or the site itself has a PR4?

^ You won't find new profiles with any PR whatsoever, so it will be the root domain which is PR4 not the link you get. They're pretty useless to be fair.
