Minicon thanks for this update but this website's proxy list updated in June 2012 but my provided website provides updated list with country wise and checked proxy.

tfs Asghar.... Haven't tried any desktop software for the same.... I usually use the online proxy websites.

Yeah but I rarely use proxy. I bookmarked it long back and tried one of those proxies there and found a few still working so shared.
