most of them are asking for signup so I think this list will not help with RSS Submitter Tools.

When the sites asking signup, so how I will use this with submitter tool?

whit the last google updates rss aggregators are not very good for seo. Оr at least I think so.

My intention has been to contribute with free tools that you can use, in some cases, registering, addition of this forum that mentions idreesfarooq. I currently use several of them and I think they may be of benefit to many people.
