These list you can blast with scrapebox... or you also can add the list in scrapebox to check which blog is useful or not

I would suggest either use Sick Submitter, very little fee but a great tool or Use Comment Kahuna free but limited.

please stop using any tools for commenting... some do-follow blog with high PR just become no-follow because many spam comment around (they know you use a tools, and many of them hate that)... Can we just read the post and comment like human being? Give a respect for the blog owner who kind enough to give you a back-link from their do follow blog..
