It's an automatic backlinks generator, providing for the moment about 100 links from safe source (alexa, who is, seo report, about us, statistic... )
This is not a generator of hundreds of links, but at least most of the links are real (no fake website or adult website).

He also established a system to create automatically 20 links every 2 days (not that your site has 100 backlinks at once)

I submitted a link and it just sits there....says it's scanning....

I wouldn't call those type of links "high quality"

Sure, I used it...I just go on the website, and everything is online...I just used the tool for an other website, it takes few moment to scan and create the backlinks

hmm, just submitted another link and it's been "scanning" for 20 minutes now!

and..on the top of the site it still says..

That's superb site and I have just recently checked the site and generate 20 backlinks and then test the backlinks whether it is working or not and completely satisfied that it is working.

I have checked it and its slow, not good for ping or creating link. I think imt web submiter is the best around the "free world".

can the tools create some reports?

I like the tool. I like the drip links like that and would rather play it safe with a few links per day.

I like the tool and as it is creating links from Alexa so will it help to improve Alexa of site.

The tool is for 20 unless you give up an email address. Besides, these backlinks have no juice.
