    Blog commenting is not as good in terms of SEO. Options are there for blog commenting but it provides no follow link in many blog posts. So there is no such use

    That's right. I found just one or two blog that can be commented, but it moderated and comments will get hardly approved there. And also I don't see anyone's comment on comment able pages either.
