Thanks a lot, so if i purchased special dedicated IP from the webhosting company just for my account, so it will show just my website if i check using that tool?

That is the way I understand it, but if you have multiple domains on the one hosting account yourself they would still be addressed by your dedicated IP.

I don't recall ever seeing anyone cautioning about shared IP addresses from a ranking standpoint. Google understands the topology of the web. I think that sites are judged by their domain name, not IP address. Sometimes the email server can get backlisted and cause delivery problems for email sent through a domain email address.
I recently read HostMonster's page on dedicated IP addresses. They make it sound as if you may improve the site speed with a dedicated IP address, and that could be a ranking advantage. I have not, to this point, gone for the dedicated IP address on my shared accounts.

How about backlink issues? is that all the backlinks treat the same way? i mean both that come from shared IP and dedicated IP.. i read somewhere if you link your site to dedicated IP, it will give more effect on ranking instead of linking to shared IP, i don't know it is true or not, or just myth

I don't know what the true answer to this is, but I do show several links in webmaster tools from one of my sites to other of my sites (site to site crosslinking) and they are all on the same shared hosting account. That indicates that for linking the domain name is more important than the IP address. I think that the important thing about links is that they come from quality related sites. How about backlink issues? is that all the backlinks treat the same way? i mean both that come from shared IP and dedicated IP.. i read somewhere if you link your site to dedicated IP, it will give more effect on ranking instead of linking to shared IP, i don't know it is true or not, or just myth

For mulitple subdomains wildcard SSL is only good.
