i just use .com and .info :D i think is top top level domain, and i like .info because i can get discount from godaddy, :D
i always use .com
I use .com and .net only.
in order of best, in my opinion ..
.COM -> .ORG -> .NET
I use .com/.net/.org for my main website and .info for dummy blog. My first priority is still going to .com, but if the domain was taken I will choose .org then .net.
