    Keyword in domain

If you found any domain which include the exact keyword and it is not too long then you have found a good domain name from many purposes, for SEO purposes it is too good as search engines would give good weight for this kind of domain.

If you want to sell it then you can also get good price for it, but it also depends on the search volumes.
