need suggestion

I am planning to change my blog theme and looking for suggestion I am not an php coder but knows little bit of photoshop so how hard/easy would it be for me to tweak my existing design

For tweaking a theme you need an understanding of css (Cascading Style Sheets). Css controls the layout, fonts, and colors for the theme.

Search on google .. there are many blog themes ...If you want to spend some money take a look at themeforest.net
