How can we say which CMS is best or not best for seo friendly websites ??

For a SEO design must be simply, clean and light weight. And if i can compare, i can tell you that WP is the most popular lightweight, easy and powerfull system for your site.

WordPress, Joomla, Magento are the world famous open source and very much SEO Friendly content management systems. Of course there is a chance for lot of spamming and hacking of the website, if you take precautions to keep your C M S website safe then you can get rank in a less time. My suggestion is better to use premium themes to build WordPress websites so that they will give you support if any problem comes. Do not use spam or less downloads plugins, widgets or modules, they might cause to effect your website later.

Design should be good and attractive.

I think WordPress is one of the best CMS for SEO friendly websites. You can use various SEO plugin to optimize your site such as All in one seo and Yoast etc.

Now a days most of the people are using word press because it is very easy to use. No knowledge is required to add images, posts , projects, pages any one can edit. Where as there are many other open sources are available like Joomla and Magento. You can also use plugins like many SEO plugins to make the website search engine friendly. But do not use free one use the premiums which is safe.
