google is a HTML page?

I think he meant, he can convert cms pages that uses databases as a backend (wordpress, drupal, etc) to pure html pages as he claims pure html pages are liked more by google (in terms of serp). Just my guess.

Anybody with both php and html knowledge can easily do it.
