Thread: Script problems

I have taken over our school's website and in the server there is a folder that contains my site. In that folder is our site folder and there are 21 'scripts' folders. Our school's server is a 'FirstClass' server so the heirarchy might be different, not sure. When I downloaded the 21 scripts they all copied into one folder and renamed themselves.

I downloaded the site files and I can open the site using a browser fine. When I try and open the site using dreamweaver it opens and the page looks like it is side by side with nothing showing on it.

Would anyone be able to help me? I am desperate!!

Unless Dreamweaver has a javascript engine you will not see anything that is script driven in the editor. Without a javascript engine usually you would see some script tags but no content pulled or generated by the script. The freeware editor that I use displays the script tags, but I don't know about Dreamweaver.
