I dont' quite understand what you are asking but it should be & for the second var and all other vars after that first one.

I think the affiliate link does not work
because has twice the same variable in the get (id =)
and is given by (?) rather than (&)
when it should be
mysite.com/?var1=value1&var2=value2
do not
mysite.com/?var1=value1?var1=value2
but before opening a ticket I wanted your opinion.
