I want to know that how many anchor texts do you guys make for a single keyword ?

Anchor text is the text in a link. You shouldn't use the same keyword in anchor text when getting backlinks - 70% of the time use keyword you want to rank for, 30% of the time use something else...

i am confused about your question. Please clear you question

You're using the wrong terms, anchor text is the blue text in a link (usually it's blue).
What you mean is keyword variations I think.

When getting backlinks 70% use keyword you want to rank for in anchor text, 30% something else...
