Can anyone suggest me how should we get the Standard & Quality backlinks for every E-commerce websites..???

For starters you can use services from my sig

If you have ecommerce website try also article exchanges. Find related sites, ask them to both exchange related articles. Don't worry about duplicate content as long as the article is of quality! Don't spin stuff or it looses quality and then it's real bad!

Create a directory (much like a link exchange directory) but to put articles on it.

Tell your partners to include a link within the article (or up to 2). These are powerful links when they're within content.

There are also services like linkmetro.com you can join and easily find partners willing to trade articles.

that is the thing which can lead you in market and what google loves exactly ..

apart of them give proper naming to every url and also all meta tagging do it perfectly ..

so that is the reason which could give you best results in google without generating even a single backlink ..

any backlinks that are coming from niche level will be best for your ecommerce web so just think your ecommerce serving which industry for example if it is fashion related than go and make backlinks from fashion blogs and forum that will surely help you at its best

I think, it is always a best idea to write some article related to your service/product and submit it to high pr websites with your link in it.

you can add blog page to your e-commerce site. and work on with the contents.

Quite right. I also think it is the best way.

Also another good way to get quality back-links is setting your own set of Link pyramid. first tier should be your own secondary domain names and good set of web 2.0 sites. Then bigger set of web 2.0 properties pointing at 1tier. then you do wiki blacks, SB and comments blasts and those in 2 teir. or you can make it bigger which will make it better.

I believe the idea originated from the link wheel and has been modified into the pyramid. Wheel or pyramid, I also think that it is the best way because you after all, have control over the links you have created.

wiki and high pr site like ezine and much more are quality backlinks.

Its the same idea and process. Just you add a tier between your money site and other link pyramids/wheels. This tier has Your own TLD sites and hand made Web 2.0 properties with hand written content and your money site get links only from these rather than linking every other site out there. This way you have total control over your sites and also you know if someone doing Negative SEO on your site. Very slow but a safe method.

all of the above is a good idea.. you just need to vary your text and keep it diverse, lots of great tools on here for linkbuilding, do it slow and consistent, you will succeed!
