Thread: Best way to do link building

I wanted to know from members who do link building, for you what is the best way to do link building.

From my part I do article submission to article directories.
Previously I did some blog directories submission, web directories submission, search engine submission, social bookmarking. But some of these are not working fine. I need to research more.

Guest blog post, directory submission, and private blog networks.

I did try guest blog post but it really did not work. I sent articles to admin and they did not even reply back. They only took my article.

As fr private blog networks, it is the first time i am hearing about it. What is it actually?

basically you have your main site. You create smaller blogs, from either web 2.0 blogs, or your own privately hosted blog. You build those, and then link back to your main site. They are great for LONG term seo, you wont see anything really happen for a while. But eventually those links will be very powerful because they are low obl.

Just get a domain name, a .info could work since its cheap, create the blog, post some spun articles, link build it. This works, you just have to make sure its from different IPs. Its also an expensive method and mainly for authoritative websites, targeting competitive keywords.

What I do is browse forums that you can buy websites from, if its cheap (25 or so dollars) I buy it, then I allow guest blog post on it. Even if the websites inactive, I get about 1 blog request every couple of weeks. It makes the website seem authoritative to google. It is really interesting. But can I build up the blogs for free using blogger. Will it work. Or I should buy hosted blogs .info as you said.

What do you actually mean by the statement ? Did you mean to create the blog from a different IP ?

Blogger and Wordpress.com blogs are fine .... You can buy add .info or .com (when they're on SALE) domains to free blogs too !!

Yeah this point I got it. Was planning to do so later.

For the current trends of Google updates, there is not fix about best link building option what all matter is quality submission to get quality links.

I need a private network , how creat a network like a that ?

Now a days directory submission have lost its value. Contextual links are the demand of the time. SO article posting, guest blogging and social bookmarking are the best off-page techniques in my view.

Along with these we can do Press release and Blog commenting.

There are some ways that I use for link building such as
1. Blog comment
2. Social Media Marketing
3. Press Release Submission
4. Forum Posting
5. Profile link building

I think, after google udates, that links form social networks are much more important.

So maybe you should try to share as much as posible on facebook twitter and so on. And also ask from your visitors to comment and share. That should help

Forum posting, commenting and guest blogging

There are many ways of link building like forum posting, blog posting,social bookmarking and Article submission.

Directory submission , guest blogging , ads posting , commenting and article submission.

I do my link building in a layered manner, it helps to complement the upper layers and strengthen it . It also help in indexing the links. If you are on a low budget you can try as follows

Money site <-- web 2 links / wiki links <--- bookmarking / web profile links <-- scrapebox blast

Bookmarking Tip : always use spun description with your keywords in it.
Web 2 Tip : Use unique content with images and videos
Wiki Links Tips : Unique content with your link on below fold (help to stick more)

Forum Posting, Blog Commenting and Guest Posting all three methods are working effectively, choose relevant sites of high PR and build quality links.

Social networking Submissions,Blog creating,posting and Commenting,Forum creating,posting and replying.
