I use the following techniques to index the links

1. Bookmarks
2. Rss Submissions
3. Pinging - This very forum has some beautiful tools for pinging like website submitter and directory submitter.
4. Forums links (The fastest way to index a link).
5. Twitter - Buy some tweets or setup a profile and automate the tweets with your url.

The generally use the first three tactics! I have senukex to do all these tasks....or you can buy from fiverr!

When you have do indexing the website, fist of all you should be generate the XML sitemap of the website and upload to root of the website folder via FTP detail.then you have do some bookmaking submission on top social bookmarking websites.also keep updates on major social networking website like Facebook and twitter with related website.

Both Bulkping and IMT Website Submitter are same tools

make backlinks via forum posting, blog commenting, social bookmarking and search engines will reach your site by these links

make Rss for your links and submit it to rss site and bookmark it and ping it

there are many pinging website you can use them but I don't need pinging my content is indexed automatically..

One of the method is to use Ping services but let the search engines index those pages at their own pace and you should concentrate on building more links.

You can ping them, sign up to sites like linklicious.me or you can build your own backlinks to them. for example: blog comments, forum profiles and social bookmarks.

You want index your page in search engine do high pr Social bookmarking your pages index in google with in 24 hours.

Just create pages from the WP Dashboard/New page......
