1. There is a firefox addon called nodofollow which highligted the nofollow links
2. some blogs filter html so it doesn´t work
Morning,
I use SEO quake which is a plugin for both Firefox and Chrome when linkbuilding.
It strikes through links if they are nofollow and it will also give you page rank.
I turn it off when normail browsing as it is a pain but it is great for linkbuilding
Thanx for your reply
and i also want to know which is a better way to comment
Below are some choices
1- <a href=" website URL "> WEBSITE URL</a>
2- <a href=" website url "> Any keyword </a>
3- <a href=" post Url "> keyword </a>
The anchor text will be the keyword that you want to improve and the url needs to point to the page you want that keyword to rank for.
Don't just put your home page in the url every time...
For example
Website selling flowers called flowers-online.co want to rank for the keyword tulips they have a page flowers-online.co/tuplis the code should be as follows,
<a href="flowers-online.co/tuplis">tulips</a>
Please accept my appologies if I am teatching anyone to suck eggs...
thanks freshseo for the tip
1. The typical way to check if a link is dofollow on a site without any plugins is to right click on the web page and click on view source to see the html source code of the page. Then press CTRL + F to find the link you're looking for and check whether or not there is rel='nofollow' within the a tag of the link. If there is no rel='nofollow' then it is dofollow.
2. There is no rel='dofollow" attribute for html so using that won't do anything and there's no need since all links are dofollow by default unless they have the rel='nofollow' attribute in the a tag. To manually make a nofollow link dofollow if you can, you would just erase the rel='nofollow' part.
You can simply check it by firefox add-on plugins.
Check out a plugin named Google Toolbar where you get best options to recognize a website Nofollow or Dofollow. Also you can get many webmaster tools in it. Also there is another tool which is NODofollow also available for firefox. and its also a good one.
