I'm looking for any tool to submit rss or any tools which are helpful in rss stuff.

There are many Tools and Websites to submit RSS, but this one ist very good : Internet Marketing & SEO Forum | IMTalk.org

If you want to use a Desktop tool to submit your RSS fees, use ksoft RSS Submit, it is very good.

that is the best tools! :) i just wanna give suggestions but you already mention that, but it depend on yourself.. if you want other tool you can try it such as rsslounge dot com, allscoop, and so on

Hi I know one good desktop base tool it submit rss feed to around 100 sites also can send ping to 150 sites its name is FAST RSS SUBMITTER
I am using from last one year and its really good as compare to others price & quality.
