Thread: Yahoo answers traffic

Long time before I was answering Yahoo questions. I developed my level up to 3 and posted some links to my blog with answers i gave. That is few months before. Then I got tired of answering and stopped it. But now, after several months still I get some traffic, about 5 UV a day from Yahoo answers.
Do you people have any experience with it ? how many UVs you get from Yahoo answers ?

maybe you answered less there, or your entire traffic to sites is huge so the traffic percentage from yahoo answer is low. However me too believe that yahoo answers cannot give much traffic. That is a one reason why I stopped answering.

I don't use yahoo answers as my source of traffic, I concentrate on traffic sources that5 bring traffic.

I don't consider Yahoo Answers too as previously i have experienced that 2 much hard work and very little or no traffic

Mine is 5-10 a month

LOL. as idreesfarooq said, its just wasting lot of time and get a very little income. But I saw in some other forums, people tell its a good method to get traffic.

Yeah. Don't waste your time on this one. Something like Yahoo Answers was the reason why I started my blog. I'm only blogging about things I have tested with success. I hate SEO "experts" that give info without testing their own "methods". Maybe I should write more bs to gain more visitors. Honest way is for losers...

actually I had 2 yahoo accounts, when the first one was very close to reach level 4, I got suspended, maybe because I posted links to my site with all my answers. But I had about 30% best answer rate.

Then with level 4, how many visitors you have? My account was also banned because of the same reason as all of my backlinks are pointing to same site.

I didn't understand your question quite clearly, did u mean how many visitors I got to my site through yahoo answers, when I was close to level 4 ?

Yes. i am interested to know how much visitors you get at that time daily?

that time I was getting about 20 visitors a day. I stopped answering before 3 months and still I get about 2 or 3 UVs a day from yahoo answers

Yahoo answers is good... However its important what niche you are targetting... !!

its good to get about small number of UVs a day after doing a big work !!!!

It might be good for CPA offers but not for website traffic.

yea, for CPA its good. But still the traffic we get from it is not enough

In some categories you can get suspended pretty fast if you post links too often. One good thing about Yahoo Answers traffic is great conversion rato if you connect to well details pages.

I think you could get a reasonable return on 20 visitors a day to a CPA offer if it was relevant to the question

actually I did it to get some hits, I hadn't any CPA offer on my site.
