How many sites backlins i can add per forum signature ?
I mean register in forum when make signature can i add about ~20 sites its good for seo i don't get banned to google ?

You might or might not get banned from Google, but I think that forum admin will ban you for putting these many sites

Different rules exist for different forums and in IMTalk I think you can add maximum 3-4 links.

see max each forum gives backlinks max 2 links.. i am saying quality pr forum. u need to add minimum 50 posts to get signature.
